今日はピアノの調律日。
私にはとっておきの学びの時間でもあります。
この道３８年という超ベテランの調律師、神吉（かんき）さんが来てくれました。
匠の技を観たくていつも休日を指定していて、毎回楽しみにしています。

使い込まれた調律工具とご自身の耳が仕事道具。
左手で鍵盤を弾き、右手で調整していきます。

調律作業の音が心地いいから不思議です。

何かを始めることは簡単で楽しいものですが、
１つのことを「続ける」ということは簡単なことではありません。

神吉さんのようなプロの仕事を目の当たりにすると、「続ける」ことの大切さを改めて感じ、
私も人としてもっともっと成長しなければと技を磨いていきます。

ちなみにピアノを弾くのは娘。私はクラシックギター（下手ですが(+｡+)）です。

I always designate a holiday to see the artisanal work and look forward to it every time.

Well-used tuning tools and your own ears are work tools.
Play the keys with your left hand and adjust them with your right hand.

It’s strange because the sound of tuning work is so pleasant.

It’s easy and fun to start something, but
It’s not easy to “keep doing” one thing.

When I see the work of a professional like Mr. Kamiyoshi, I feel again the importance of “continuing”.
I have to grow more and more as a person, and I will continue to improve my skills.

Incidentally, my daughter plays the piano. I’m a classical guitarist (I’m not very good at it.
